Absolutely terrible company , DO NOT invest with them. I have invested in two properties, neither has sold the property manager they used was atrocious. Company lied to me about one property that was damaged by a renter and the tenant has to be evicted. Company did not disclose this to their investors and I only found out after checking on the property myself. The property management company they used , Orange Avenue Realty in Milwaukee, is a joke. They posted pictures of the property on Realtor.com that were an absolute joke, dirty kitchen , dirty bathroom etc…..I made iFunding aware of this several times and they id nothing.

Not transparent at all, terrible management, not responsive at all.

Save your money, DO NOT invest with iFunding.
