Return on Change (RoC) is an online investment platform connecting investors with startups in the critical and sustainable industries. Through online Reg D private placement and crowdinvesting offerings, RoC alleviates inefficiencies that have traditionally plagued early-stage capital formation, namely network and geographical limitations. The platform addresses these pain points by providing an alternative mechanism for both parties involved, offering the tools and community to empower users to self-syndicate, leverage centralized communications, monitor portfolio and campaign performance, and improve international and domestic deal sourcing opportunities.
Return on Change focuses on startup companies in CleanTech, Life Sciences, EdTech, Technology, and Social Enterprise industries.
